Comments: Good session. Felt really tired throughout. To be expected though on the type of food I'm eating and as I'm losing weight. I haven't ate bread, pasta, rice etc for almost a week now and very little of it for around 3 weeks. I normally collapse without it, but this time I am really a bit better off. I think I've mentioned before how I only really notice the difference when I do some intense training, or towards the end of a long walk. Even so on a day like today I manage to have a reasonable amount of energy to get through it.

No worries on the whole fatigue feeling, whenever people change their nutrition they go through the same changes. Just make sure you haven't cut your calories too low by cutting out the bad carbs!
Great work with sticking with PN. And remember you can still have some of your favorite high glycemic carbs after an intense workout.

I haven't been doing PN per say but I may switch back to it for at least a week or two. There's only so much steak and salad I can handle.
Its a good point about too few calories Josh - something I had been thinking about myself. PN for a while will sort that out.
