155g Chicken
2 x wholemeal tortillas
Onion,   Peppers, Lettuce,    Tomato
Salad cream
5   Eggs ( 1     yoke)
2   cups Stir fry veg
1/2  cup of   oatmeal
1      cup  skimmed    milk
3   fish oil capsules
Green   Tea
Threw the eggs and stir fry out as it was disgusting for some reason. I then ate the following:
4 Chocolate biscuits
1 Bun
1/2 Pint of Milk
200g Chicken Breast
1 1/2 Medium Potato  Wedges
Onion,  Peppers, Lettuce
Salad cream
