I was glad to hear that the thought of me nagging you has been helpful as a motivator. You have actually had the same effect on me at times. I've been really busy at work lately, but the knowledge that someone actually reads my blog and knows my training schedule is sometimes that extra push I need to lace up and head to the gym.
I read you post on the forum about taking a few weeks of the Program Minimum. I don't think you could go too wrong doing that. I think a lot of people (myself included) can fall into the trap of thinking that since it's a beginner program it is somehow "less than" the ROP. Don't fool yourself though. It's very effective programming, and if you're using the 32kg it will be plenty intense. I have my wife on sort of a modified program minimum, and she is making incredible progress on just 10 minutes 4-6 times a week. Right now she is doing 3 days on 1 day off alternating between swings and get-ups/push press.
When she gets strong enough to where she wants to try a heavier bell I think I will have her go on a 3 day cycle of:
Day 1: Get-ups
Day 2: Swings
Day 3: Variety, but focus on push press and snatch.
This might be a template that you could play with if you feel that you will be missing out on the Program Minimum alone. Just a thought. If nothing else it might help you think of a better idea. Whatever you do don't stop training now. You are really making great progress.
