Getting down to the Get Ups

TGUs 5 each side with 24kgs (32 too heavy)
Push presses 5 x1 with 32kgs

Man I have been SO unprepared for how hard the prog minimum feels to me at the minute. I deserve it though, I half thought that it'd be a "nice little break" for a few weeks. Really want to be doing my get ups with the 32 by the time I go back to ROP I reckon this will give me a chance of starting C&Ps with it in my ladders.

I really don't want to go back into the high volume stuff - my shoulders don't like it.

Program Minimum is no laughing matter. I think the ROP clearly takes more skill in terms of executing the C&P and the Snatch, but the PM is plenty hard. I look forward to watching your swing and snatch numbers improve.
