TGUs 5 each side with 24kgs (32 too heavy)
Push presses 5 x1 with 32kgs - felt good enough that I decided to grind out a MP with my left on last rep.
Shoulders felt really good after the TGUs, half get ups I should say, don't have room to stand up inside. Safer option, but they really help my shoulders none-the-less.
Feel a bit more solid using the 32kg for push presses. Getting a bit easier.

Strong work Colin. I love the feel of TGUs. Keep at it and you'll be pressing the 32kg with your right. I missed a 32kg on ebay by $1 tonight. I will keep my eye out for another one.
