The thing I couldn't believe about this session was how easy it was. My forearms only really went on fire for the last 4-6 sets and I was completely in control of everything else including breathing. I could probably have got another couple of sets in.
My progress has been incredible so far - 3 months ago I was chuffed to pass SSST with 16kg, now I wasn't far off doing it back to back. I just need to work out how to do it with the heavy KBs.

Damn Colin. Cardio monster. The SSST is looking like a real possibility. All you need now is some specific work on the 24kg. The conditioning is there.
