Deadlift - 110 x 3, 125 x 3, 135 x 3 x 2, 142.5kgs x3 - last set was a bit tight, but pretty easy overall.
Chins 3 x 5 + 2 x 3 bw with red bands
A1 CoC Trainer 3 x 5
A2 Finger/Thumb Extensors 3 x 8 - sand bucket
B1 Pronation/Supranation - 2 x 5 @ 1.25kgs
B2 Adduction/Abduction - 2 x 5 @ 1.25kgs
Neck Harness 3 x 8 - 12.5kgs
Really enjoyed this session. Was feeling tired today and surprised myself with how much work I got done. REALLY happy with how my deadlifting is coming on - also my hands have felt stronger lately.
