Last rest day

24kg 1-arm LCCJ:
10 x 6/6 @1 set/min with min rest between sets - total: 120 in 19 mins

Pretty easy. Change of tact from sunday on. Go for time without putting down - say 4 mins and then finish with swings. DLs, chins and grip work back in too.
