Amosov routine 10 reps

TGUs 16kgs 5 L/R - full get ups outside.

Swings (2 handed) 32kgs 10 mins Total: 177 reps

Done as and when I felt ready. Started with reps of 15 then dropped to 10 and 5. Smoker!!

It doesn't have to be long to be hard .. heavy two-hand 32kg swings is just the recipe .. great work!
