LCCJs

24kg 1-arm LCCJ:
6 x 6/6 @1 set/min no rest - total: 72 reps in 6 mins

3 min rest

2 Handed swing 32kgs - 67 reps in 3 mins

Short but not so sweet. Was doing the LCCJ reps for the entirety of 6 mins. Towards the end my form was getting a bit suspect and I was rushing a little to get them all in on the min. Happy with the performance though. Over half way there.

Very nice. I remember how hard it was to time those accurately. Good progress on them. You'll hit the 120 easily if you keep after it like this.

In my defense, the first time I tried to publish that comment I got an error message. I then tried again and it popped up twice. Not my mistake. Blame Google.

Haha - it's cool they don't charge me anything for it.

I was thinking the same thing about the 120 - I mean I got the 100 pretty quickly. The swings added at the end will obviously help with the sucking wind which is the limiting factor at the minute.

Great job on the LCCJ. My knee will need several more weeks maybe months to recover before I can resume these.

At 6/6 per min there is no time to rest .. its balls out and I was really sucking wind as well when I did my 6 minutes worth.

Thanks Franklin. Sorry to hear that the knee is a big problem. I hope you are back on it sooner rather than later.

LCCJs will still be waiting and it is a long way to 20 mins of them.

Thanks Colin,

Yeah the knee is a bit of a setback. but I can still swing and TGU which takes care of 95% of my strength and conditioning needs .. and its still all fun!
