Switched pumps + jandas for roman chair sit-ups, skipped the press ups.

Morning
DL - 92.5 x 1, 97.5 x 1, 102.5 x 1, 107.5 x 1 , 110 x 7
Jerks 32kgs 2 L/R
GTG Jerks 24kgs 3-5 L/R

No KB conditioning today - off for a walk in a bit and I'll fit the Jerks in as and when. Started to feel a little tired on last few reps of DLs so not sure that I'll go back to those later. Getting used to the exercises from Amosov (especially the one I mentioned about feet going to ground behind your head), back is feeling as limber as it has in a good while.
