Amosov Basic Re-charge - 10 Reps
Switched pumps + jandas for roman chair sit-ups, skipped the press ups.
Morning
DL - 95 x 1, 100 x 1, 102.5 x 9
GTG Jerks 32kgs 1-2 L/R + 24kgs 3-5 L/R
Started pulling a lot better about 4 or 5 reps in - was tempted to up the weight a bit but it'll do no harm. Decided it was also time to start using the 32 for at least some of the jerks during the day.

How many sets are able to get in with the 32 and 24 jerks. Do you do LCCJ or just the jerks?
Looking forward to your next 1RM dead-lift test.
Can't hurt to use the 32kg. You're pretty obviously strong enough.
Do anywhere from 5-10 sets I guess - it varies. Only do jerks with GTG.
I do those to get stronger so it makes sense to add in the heavier KB.
